We offer a 30 days return policy from the day you receive your order for products that are defective only. Some products include a Manufacturers warranty at which the Manufacturer will need to be contacted after this time. Refunds and exchanges will only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for a refund. These fees do not apply to exchanges or DOA. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from WirelessUnlimitedShop.com before returning any merchandise. We will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number. All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.
Returns must be received at Wireless Unlimited Shop within 10 days of the RMA's issuance. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping of any returns. We suggest obtaining tracking for returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed. WirelessUnlimitedShop.com is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.

Returns for Used Cell Phones accepted for repair only for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. Any returns are for defective Phones only. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred for return shipping. Phone will be repaired and sent back to owner within 5 days of receiving phone. There will be no charge for repair of phone within this time.
Returns not accepted for damage from misuse, abuse, or carelessness.
