Are these products new or refurbished? All products are brand new unless clearly marked refurbished or used. Used phones have a separate category under "Used Phones". The refurbished items offered a very close to brand new. Normally you will not be able to tell that the product is anything other than brand new. The used & refurbished items are to simply to pass along even bigger savings to you. All other products are new in box.
When will item(s) ship and what carriers are used? Items are processed within 24 hrs. on business days unless we have a high work load at that time which could take a day longer. Carriers used are USPS, FedEX, and UPS. Items can be expected for delivery in 3 to 11 days from the date of purchase.
Can I get a phone that does not appear in the store listings? Yes, it is possible to request a phone even if you do not see it in our listings. Simply send us an email of the model that you are looking for and will let you know promptly if we can get it to you along with a price.

The second is to create an account and third you will find the option to quickly proceed directly to checkout payment process without creating an account.
