Turn your phone on by pressing the "End Call" key until the phone turns on.
Press the "Menu" key, which is the center soft key at the top of the cell phone's keypad.
Highlight the "Address Book" icon using the five-way directional pad, then press the center key inside of the five-way directional pad to select and open the "Address Book."
Highlight any address book entry using the directional pad.
Press the "Menu" key and select "Copy."
Select "All to SIM" and all of the address book entries are copied to your SIM card. The next time you save a phone-book entry, be sure to select "SIM" as the storage device. You have now changed the memory from your internal phone memory to your SIM card.
